　　CCTV News:The China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) announced in official website today that in order to further standardize the insurance sales service behavior, solve the problem of sales fraud and misleading that consumers are concerned about, and effectively optimize the insurance consumption environment, the China CIRC has recently issued the Interim Measures for the Retrospective Management of Insurance Sales Behavior.

　　Through retrospective management of insurance sales behaviors of insurance companies and insurance intermediaries, the Measures record and save key links in the insurance sales process, so that sales behaviors can be replayed, important information can be inquired, and problem responsibilities can be confirmed.

　　The "Measures" clarify that insurance companies and insurance intermediaries should record the whole process of insurance coverage when conducting telephone sales business; To carry out internet insurance business, retrospective management should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the supervision of internet insurance business; If an insurance company sells life insurance products with an insurance period of more than one year through a part-time insurance agency (including sales with self-service terminals and other equipment in the business premises of the part-time insurance agency), it is necessary to record and video key links; Through other sales channels, selling life insurance products with an insurance period of more than one year to policyholders aged 60 or above, or selling investment-linked insurance products, should record and video key links.

　　Insurance companies and insurance intermediaries should strengthen the protection of the personal information of the insured and the insured in strict accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and strictly keep confidential audio-visual materials and electronic data such as audio and video recordings, and shall not leak or copy them without authorization.
